These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and six6c ("six6c," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the six6c website, mobile interface, casino games, and sportsbook services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) six6c account. Registration requires a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number for verification purposes, and accurate personal details. • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• Any activity conducted under your account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be deemed your responsibility unless you have notified six6c support of unauthorised access promptly.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be merged or closed at six6c's discretion, and any bonus funds obtained through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• six6c may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account or close an existing account, particularly where required for regulatory, fraud-prevention, or responsible gaming purposes.

six6c supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. All transactions must be made using payment methods and accounts registered in the Player's own legal name; third-party deposits or withdrawals are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing. six6c aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements. six6c reserves the right to request supporting documentation prior to releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or unusually large amounts.

Any deposit made in error, or any transaction identified as fraudulent, unauthorised, or in breach of these Terms, may be reversed by six6c, and the corresponding account balance adjusted accordingly.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by six6c are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods. General platform Terms apply in addition to promotion-specific terms.

six6c reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion, and to void winnings derived from a bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, the use of banned strategies, or coordinated activity between multiple accounts intended to exploit promotional terms.

Players agree to use six6c solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any third-party tool to interact with games or place wagers.
• Collusion with other players, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated activity intended to gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, payment processing errors, or platform vulnerabilities rather than promptly reporting them to six6c support.
• Using six6c for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.

All content available on the six6c Platform, including but not limited to the six6c name, logo, software, game graphics, sound design, and website layout, is the property of six6c or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No licence is granted to Players other than the limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

six6c provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6c disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of the Platform. six6c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor delays, or temporary service outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit six6c's liability for matters which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

six6c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, or where required to comply with applicable law or a responsible gaming request from the Player. Where an account is closed due to verified Player misconduct, six6c reserves the right to withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting six6c support, including for the purpose of self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to six6c's operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through six6c's internal complaints procedure via customer support before pursuing any other course of action.

six6c may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment partners, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or to your registered email address.
